	Notes on safety-relevant components		AH00.00-Z-0019-01A
	Remove
1	Remove front passenger door.		AR72.10-P-0500S
2	Remove front passenger side fuse and relay module.		AR54.15-P-0004S
3	Remove nuts (1), release A-pillar hinge leaf (2) and remove.	Mark position of A-pillar hinge leaf (2).
		Long wedge	Fig 1
4	Remove seal under A-pillar hinge leaf (2).
5	Clean A-pillar (3) in area of hinge support.	Cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1025-04A
6	Unscrew screw (4) and remove front passenger door hinge leaf (5).	Mark position of front passenger door hinge leaf (5).
	Install
7	Use previously applied markings to align front passenger door hinge leaf (5) with front passenger door and screw in screw (4).	Screw, hinge to front door	*BA72.10-P-1002-01BA
8	Use previously applied markings to align A-pillar hinge leaf (2) with seal on A-pillar (3) and attach nuts (1).	Helper required for exact positioning and holding of A-pillar hinge leaf (2).
		Nut, hinge to A-pillar	*BA72.10-P-1001-01BA
9	Install front passenger side fuse and relay module.		AR54.15-P-0004S
10	Install front passenger door.		AR72.10-P-0500S
11	Open and close front passenger door.	The installation position of the passenger door may change later due to opening and closing.
	Check
12	Check gap dimensions at front passenger door, adjust if necessary.		AR72.10-P-0550S
	Install
13	Repair paint damage at respective screw heads.
14	Protect front passenger door and A-pillar in the area of hinge against corrosion.	Wax for engine compartment (400 ml spray can)	*BR00.45-Z-1018-05A
