	Remove/install
1	Remove front door window frame lining.		AR72.10-P-0021SG
2	Remove door trim in area of door lock.		AR72.10-P-6574SG
3	Remove inner sealing rail (2).
4	Disconnect electrical connector at tweeter (H20/1, H20/2) and remove tweeter (H20/1, H20/2).	Model 223 with code 810 (Premium sound system) with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z11 (Left front power window with special protection) Model 223 with code 810 (Premium sound system) with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z12 (Right front power window with special protection)
5	Disconnect electrical connector at front door power closing actuator motor (M14/21, M14/22).
6	Remove front door power closing actuator motor (M14/21, M14/22) from door module (1) and hang with attached cable to side.
7	Disconnect electrical connectors (4, 6).	The number of electrical connectors (4, 6) can vary depending on the vehicle equipment.
8	Disconnect front door drive unit electrical wiring harness (10) at front door drive system control unit (N69/22, N69/23).	Model 223 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z11 (Left front power window with special protection) with code Z38 (Opening and closing assistance, driver's doors) Model 223 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z12 (Right front power window with special protection) with code Z38 (Opening and closing assistance, driver's doors)
9	Disconnect window lifter electrical wiring harness (11).
10	Mark electrical connectors (7) at hydraulic power window assembly valve unit (Y69/1, Y69/2) and disconnect.	Observe markings.
11	Remove nuts (8) of hydraulic power window assembly valve unit (Y69/1, Y69/2).
12	Remove expansion reservoir of hydraulic system at door module.		AR67.39-P-4304SG
13	Remove screws of door module (1).	Screw, door module to guard plate	*BA72.10-P-1009-01BA
14	Remove door module (1) and in this connection thread electrical wiring harnesses (3, 10, 11), wiring harness with electrical connectors (4, 6) inside door opener cable (12) and expansion reservoir with hydraulic line (9) out of door module (1).	Check seal of door module (1) and seal in area of hydraulic power window assembly valve unit (Y69/1, Y69/2) for damage. A damaged seal must be replaced, as water ingress can otherwise occur. After removal of door module (1), secure expansion reservoir against falling down.
15	Install in the reverse order.
