Remove/Install Rear Door - AR72.12-P-0600S

	Remove/install
1	Open front door.
2	Open side window of rear door completely (7).
3	Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m).
4	Disconnect rear door electrical connector (X35/3x1, X35/4x1).
5	Remove cover caps of grub screws (1, 2).
6	Unscrew grub screws (1, 2) by three revolutions.	Repair paint damage in area of grub screws (1, 2).

7	Unscrew screw (5) of door holder (6).	Model 223 except code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) Bolt, door holder to B-pillar	*BA72.12-P-1016-01U
8	Remove rear door (7) from lower hinge leaves and set down on a suitable base.	Handle rear door (7) with care. Otherwise paint damage can occur.
		Aid of helper required.
9	Install in the reverse order.
	Check
10	Check gap dimensions of rear door (7) and adjust.		AR72.12-P-0650S
11	Normalize window lifter of rear door (7).
