Remove/Install Front Door - AR72.10-P-0500S

	Remove/install
1	Open side window of front door completely.
2	Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m).
3	Mask off front fender in area of front door with fabric tape.	Otherwise damage may occur.
4	Disconnect electrical connector (X35/1x1, X35/2x1).
5	Remove cover caps of grub screws (1, 2).
6	Unscrew grub screws (1, 2) by three revolutions.	Repair paint damage in area of grub screws (1, 2).

7	Unscrew screw (5) of door holder (6).	Model 223 except code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) Bolt, door holder at A-pillar	*BA72.10-P-1004-01BA
8	Remove front door from lower hinge leafs and place onto a suitable base.	Carefully handle front door. Otherwise paint damage can occur. Aid of helper required.
9	Install in the reverse order.
	Check
10	Check gap dimensions of front door and adjust.		AR72.10-P-0550S
11	Normalize window lifter of front door.
