	Remove
1	Move left and/or right front seat to foremost position.
2	Remove upper B-pillar trim.		AR68.30-P-4705MFA
3	Mark the installation position for the hinge leaf (1.1) and hinge support (1.2).	The upper hinge consists of the hinge leaf (1.1) and hinge support (1.2).
4	Support rear door using suitable means and fix in place.	Support rear door and fix in place. Rear door will otherwise be damaged.
5	Remove cover and remove grub screw by three revolutions.	Model 177, 243, 247
6	Remove screw (2).
7	Remove nuts (3) and remove hinge leaf (1.1) with hinge support (1.2).
	Install
8	Clean contact surfaces in area of hinge supports.	Cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1025-04A
9	Align the hinge leaf (1.1) using the previously applied markings on the rear door and gently tighten the screw (2) by hand.
10	Align hinge support (1.2) using the markings made previously and tighten nuts (3) slightly by hand.	Helper required.
11	Close and open rear door.	Installation position of rear door can subsequently change due to the opening and closing.
