| 1 | Remove the chain tensioner. | AR05.10-P-7800MFG | |
| 2 | Remove the timing case cover. | AR01.40-P-8000MFG | |
| 3 | Slightly lift timing chain (2) and remove tensioning rail (1). | ||
| 4 | Check timing chain (2) for damage. | If damage is found: ↓ Replace timing chain (2). |
