| 1 | Slowly unscrew the cap for the coolant expansion reservoir (1) and reduce the overpressure. | ||
| 2 | Suction off the coolant from the coolant expansion reservoir (1) and collect it in a suitable container. | Fig 2 | |
| 3 | Release and disconnect the electrical connection (2) on the coolant expansion reservoir (1) and detach the electrical wiring harness on the coolant expansion reservoir (1). | Fig 1 | |
| 4 | Release and disconnect the coolant lines (3) and seal using suitable protective covers/stop plugs. | Fig 3 | |

| 5 | Detach and remove the coolant expansion reservoir (1) at the catch tabs (4). | ||
| 6 | Install in the reverse order. | ||
| Check | |||
