Remove/Install Check Valve On Charge Air Line - AR09.41-P-8970MSC

	Remove/install
1	Remove charge air line from the check valve (4) to the additional compressor.		AR09.41-P-8952MSC
2	Release and disconnect electrical connector (2) from the charge air pressure and temperature sensor (B4/32).
3	Remove bleed line (3) from check valve (4).
4	Release screw clamp (5).	Screw clamp, boot to exhaust gas turbocharger	*BA09.41-P-1010-01MRT
5	Remove screw/bolt (1).	Screw, check valve to chain case cover	*BA09.41-P-1011-01MRT
6	Detach check valve (4) with boot from the exhaust gas turbocharger and remove upward.	: Slide on new boot up to end stop. Align marking on the new boot with the arrow on the exhaust gas turbocharger.
7	Remove boot from the check valve (4).	: Replace boot together with the screw clamp (5) and screw clamp on the check valve (4). Screw clamp, boot to exhaust gas turbocharger	*BA09.41-P-1010-01MRT
8	Remove screw (6) and remove charge air pressure and temperature sensor (B4/32).	When installing new check valve (4). : Replace O-ring and wet with lubricant. Lubricant, rubber assembly 1 L	*BR00.45-Z-1010-06A

9	Install in the reverse order.
