Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant. | Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the overpressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. |

| Remove/install | |||
| 1 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmitter range (min. 2 m). | ||
| 2 | Remove engine air intake duct (1) upstream of the air filter. | ||
| 3 | Remove covers (2). | ||
| 4 | Remove the automatic transmission oil cooler (3) from the fan unit (7). | AR27.55-P-1000MRK | |
| 5 | Remove the clip fastener (A) from the radiator package. | ||
| 6 | Release and disconnect the bleed line (4) to the coolant line and seal the openings with suitable stop plugs. | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |

| 7 | Unclip the bleed line (4) from the fan unit (7). | ||
| 8 | Release and disconnect the electrical connector (5) of fan unit (7). | ||
| 9 | Unclip the coolant line (6) from the fan unit (7). | ||
| 10 | Unclip the fan unit (7) from the radiator mounting brackets (arrows) and remove. | ||
| 11 | Install in the reverse order | ||
| Check | |||
| 12 | Check coolant level and correct if necessary. | ||
