| 1 | Remove cover above Brake fluid expansion reservoir | ||
| 2 | Clean area around cap on expansion reservoir for Brake fluid | Assembly cleaner | *BR00.45-Z-1028-04A |
| 3 | Unscrew the cap on the Brake fluid expansion reservoir and suction off some Brake fluid | ||
| 4 | Remove front wheels | AR40.10-P-1102A | |
| 5 | Detach electrical line of front right Brake wear sensor (S10/2) from bracket (1) | ||
| 6 | Detach front right Brake wear sensor (S10/2) from electrical connection | ||
| 7 | Unscrew bolt (2) | ||
| 8 | Release outer Brake lining (6) from Brake caliper (4) | ||
| 9 | Fold back Brake caliper (4) | Do not subject the Brake hose and electrical line to tension and do not kink them. Otherwise, the Brake hose or electric line may be damaged. |

| 10 | Remove brakepads (6) | ||
| 11 | |||
| Pull brakepad wear sensor at front right (S10/2) out of backing plate of brakepad (6) | the right front brakepad wear sensor (S10/2). | ||

| 23 | Connect right front brakepad wear sensor (S10/2) to electrical connector | ||
| 24 | Fasten electrical line of right front brakepad wear sensor (S10/2) on bracket (1) | ||

| 26 | Operate Brake pedal several times until brakepads (6) contact Brake disks | ||
