The MB Advanced Control control unit (N175) consists of two stages, MBAC Stage I and MBAC Stage II. The MBAC is designed so that the assignment of the I/O interfaces is configurable. The assignment of the I/O interfaces is configured by the body manufacturer.
The MBAC can operate up to 29 digital inputs. Of these, 16 are specific digital inputs with wake-up capability, and 13 are specific digital inputs with no wake-up capability. In addition to the 29 digital inputs, there is another input capable of wake-up for reading in the Bluetooth® pairing pushbutton switch.
