| 1 | Adjust steering column upward. | ||
| 2 | Adjust driver seat to the rear. | ||
| 3 | Disconnect ground line of battery of 12 V on-board electrical system. | AR54.10-P-0051S | |
| 4 | Release trim under driver's side instrument panel and expose driver knee airbag (1). | AR68.10-P-1501S | |
| 5 | Release and disconnect electrical connector (2). | Fig 2 | |
| 6 | Unscrew screws (3) and remove driver knee airbag (1). | *BA91.60-P-1003-01I | |
| 7 | Install in the reverse order. | ||

| 8 | Check Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) using vehicle diagnosis system. | ||
