- Drill rivet holes on rear longitudinal member (1) with a ø 6.7 mm bit (area M).
- Remove straightener and remove rear longitudinal member (1).
- Deburr rivet holes on longitudinal member (1) and body on both sides.
- Remove drilling chips.
- Apply 2-component adhesive to body in cross-hatched areas.
Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces and manufacturer's specifications for drying and processing time of 2-component adhesive.

- Install rear longitudinal member (1) and fix in place.

- Rivet rear longitudinal member (1) with ø.6.4x17.7 rivet (area Y5 ).

- Position screw M6x16 (4).
- Tighten nuts M6 (3).
