| 1 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m). | ||
| 2 | Remove cover (1). | Fig 2 | |
| 3 | Remove cover (2) over multifunction camera (A40/11, A40/13). | Fig 2 | |
| 4 | Pull multifunction camera (A40/11, A40/13) toward rear and remove far enough until electrical connectors are accessible. | Do not touch the lens of the multifunction camera (A40/11, A40/13). Otherwise dirt could cause the multifunction camera (A40/11, A4013) to malfunction. |

| 5 | Release and disconnect electrical connectors at multifunction camera (A40/11, A40/13) and remove multifunction camera (A40/11, A40/13). | ||
| 6 | Install in the reverse order. | ||
| 7.1 | Commission multifunction camera (A40/11, A40/13) using diagnostic system. | If multifunction camera (A40/11, A40/13) is to be replaced. | |
