	Bleeding
1	Clean area surrounding brake fluid reservoir.	Assembly cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
2	Mark fill level of brake fluid on brake fluid reservoir.
3	Unscrew cap from brake fluid reservoir.
4	Attach filling unit at brake fluid reservoir.
	000 588 16 82 00 Filling unit	Do not switch on the filling unit yet. Observe manufacturer's operating instructions.	WS25.00-P-0038B
	Remove
5	Raise vehicle.		AR00.60-S-1000E
6	Remove cover (1).
7	Remove cover on central clutch release bearing.
	Bleeding
8	Switch on filling unit.	Set pressure to 2.0 bar.
9	Plug hose of bleed bottle onto vent screw and position socket wrench (2).	Commercially available devices/tools  Bleed bottle Socket wrench	Fig 1
10	Open vent screw on central clutch release bearing.	Commercially available devices/tools  Bleed bottle Socket wrench	Fig 1
11	Bleed clutch actuation system.	Allow brake fluid to continue pouring out until it is clean and free of bubbles.
12	Close vent screw on central clutch release bearing.	Bleed screw to central clutch release bearing	*BA25.10-Z-1001-01KOO
13	Switch off filling unit.	Pressure must drop for approx. 60 s to ambient pressure (0.0 bar on measuring instrument).
14	Switch on filling unit.	Build up pressure of 2.0 bar for approx. 10 s.
15	Switch off filling unit.
16	Install cover on central clutch release bearing.
17	Install cover (1).
18	Lower vehicle.
19	Remove filling unit from brake fluid reservoir.
	000 588 16 82 00 Filling unit	Collect any drops of brake fluid using a suitable rag. The paintwork can otherwise be damaged. Observe manufacturer's operating instructions.	WS25.00-P-0038B
20	Correct fill level of brake fluid in brake fluid reservoir.	Observe the marking on the brake fluid reservoir.
21	Screw cap onto brake fluid reservoir.
	Check
22	Check clutch operation system for proper operation.
23	Check clutch operation system for leak tightness.	Visual inspection only.
