| 1 | Remove bed extension and set down on clean base with sleeping surface facing downwards | AR91.75-S-0010EE | |
| 2 | Move handle (1), as shown, into unlock position | ||
| 3 | Remove screw/bolt with washer (2) | If installed. | |
| 4 | Pry off handle (1) using an assembly wedge (3) and remove | Fig 1 | |
| 5 | Press down pin (4) (arrow A) and at the same time use suitable pliers to pull axle (5) out of pin (4) | ||
| Install | |||
| 6 | Insert axle (5) in the new handle (1) | ||
| 7 | Position handle (1) at pin (4) | ||
| 8 | Press down pin (4) (arrow A) and at the same time use suitable punch to press axle (5) into pin (4) until axle (5) is lined up with handle (1) (arrow B) | ||
| 9 | Tighten screw/bolt with washer (2) | ||
| 10 | Install bed extension | AR91.75-S-0010EE | |
