Remove/Install Charge Air Temperature Sensor Upstream Of Throttle Valve - AR09.41-S-0006EG

	Remove/install
1	Remove air filter housing		AR09.10-S-1150EG
2	Disconnect electrical connection (1)
3	Remove charge air temperature sensor upstream of throttle valve (B17)	To do this unlock charge air temperature sensor upstream of throttle valve (B17), turn counterclockwise and remove in the direction of the arrow. : Replace sealing ring (2). Make sure that the sealing ring (2) is seated correctly.
4	Install in the reverse order
5	Read out fault memory with diagnostic system
	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory	Clear existing errors.	AD00.00-S-2000-04E
	Check
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
6	Check for leaktightness with engine running	Visual inspection only.
