Remove/Install Charge Air Temperature Sensor Downstream Of Throttle Valve - AR09.41-S-0005EG

	Remove/install
1	Remove air filter housing		AR09.10-S-1150EG
2	Remove electrical connection (2) from bracket (1)
3	Disconnect electrical connection (2)
4	Remove electrical line circuit (3) together with retaining clamps (4) from bracket (1)
5	Remove electrical line circuit (5) together with retaining clamps (6) from bracket (1)
6	Remove electrical line circuit (7) together with retaining clamps (8) from bracket (1)
7	Remove ME-SFI [ME] control unit (N3/34)		AR07.08-S-7008EG
8	Remove bracket (1)	To do this remove bracket (1) upwards from the retaining bolt (9).
9	Disconnect electrical connection (10)
10	Remove charge air temperature sensor downstream of throttle valve (B17/16)	To do this unlock charge air temperature sensor downstream of throttle valve (B17/16), turn counterclockwise and remove in direction of the arrow. : Replace sealing ring (11); ensure correct seating of the sealing ring (11).
11	Install in the reverse order
12	Read out fault memory with diagnostic system
	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory	Clear existing errors.	AD00.00-S-2000-04E
	Check
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
13	Check for leaktightness with engine running	Visual inspection only.
