Remove/Install Charge Air Cooler - AR09.41-S-6817EG

	Remove/install
1	Remove front bumper		AR88.20-S-2000E
2	Disconnect Electrical connection (9)
3	Remove air duct segment (8)	To do so, release the locks (10). : Make sure air duct segment (8) is correctly seated in guides (arrows).
4	Remove bracket for bumper		AR88.20-S-2150E
5	Remove charge air hoses from charge air cooler (11)		AR09.41-D-1311-01WE
6	Remove charge air cooler (11)	To do this unlock lock (13) and swivel charge air cooler (11) downwards out of the bracket (12). : The charge air cooler (11) must engage audibly.
7	Install in the reverse order
	Check
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
8	Check for leaktightness with engine running	Visual inspection only.
