	Remove/install
1	Remove bolts (1)
2	First unclip left rear lamp unit (E3) or left rear LED lamp unit (E3/1) or right rear lamp unit (E4) or right rear LED lamp unit (E4/1) at top from ball head (3) and then at bottom from ball head (4)	Carefully unclip left rear lamp unit (E3) or left rear LED lamp unit (E3/1) or right rear lamp unit (E4) or right rear LED lamp unit (E4/1). Otherwise there is a risk of breakage of left rear lamp unit (E3) or left rear LED lamp unit (E3/1) or right rear lamp unit (E4) or right rear LED lamp unit (E4/1). Ensure that retaining clips (2, 5) are correctly seated in the associated ball heads (3, 4).
		Clip remover If the sidewall paneling has already been replaced and the left rear LED lamp unit (E3/1) or the right rear LED lamp unit (E4/1) therefore cannot be unclipped in that manner. ↓ Remove left rear LED lamp unit (E3/1) or right rear LED lamp unit (E4/1)	Fig 1

3	Disconnect electrical connector (6)
4	Install in the reverse order
	Check
5	Carry out function check for left rear lamp unit (E3) or left rear LED lamp unit (E3/1) or right rear lamp unit (E4) or right rear LED lamp unit (E4/1)
