| 2.1 | Use hot knife to cut open housing (1.1) on front lamp unit (1) within the groove (arrow A) | If cap (1.2) is not installed. | |

| 2.2 | Unscrew bolts (2) and remove cap (1.2) | If cap (1.2) is installed. | |
| 3 | Deburr cut surface on front lamp unit (1) | If necessary, after cutting open housing (1.1). Soiling in the front lamp unit (1) may cause malfunctions. |

| 4 | Remove screws/bolts (5) | ||
| 5 | Remove fan (4) far enough from front lamp unit (1) to gain access to the electrical connector (3) | ||
| 6 | Disconnect electrical connector (3) and remove fan (4) | ||
| Install | |||
| 7 | Connect electrical connector (3) to fan (4) | ||
| 8 | Insert fan (4) into front lamp unit (1) | ||
| 9 | Screw bolts (5) tight | ||
| 10 | Insert seal (1.3) with inscription facing upwards into the cap (1.2) | For first time installation of cap (1.2). |

| 11 | Position cap (1.2) on front lamp unit (1) and tighten bolts (2) | ||
| 12 | Install front lamp unit (1) | AR82.10-S-4730E |
