Remove/Install Liftgate Door Hinge - AR72.20-S-2654E

	Remove/install
1	Open the tailgate (1).
2	Mark installation position of corresponding hinge (6)
3	Remove retaining clip (7) on wiring harness (8) from corresponding hinge (6)
4	Remove screws (2)	Bolt, hinge to body	*BA72.20-Z-1001-03KOJ
5	Remove bolts (3)	Bolt, hinge to liftgate	*BA72.20-Z-1002-03KOJ
6	Secure tailgate (1) against lowering
7	Unscrew bolt (4) on left and right hinge (6)	Observe marking. Bolt, hinge to body	*BA72.20-Z-1001-03KOJ
8	Unscrew bolt (5) from corresponding hinge (6) and remove hinge (6)	Observe marking. Always replace hinges (6) separately one after the other. Bolt, hinge to liftgate	*BA72.20-Z-1002-03KOJ
9	Remove cover (9) from removed hinge (6)	When replacing hinge (6).
10	Install in the reverse order
11	Repair bolt heads with a suitable touch-up paint pen
	Check
12	Check gap dimension on tailgate (1)	Model 447.### ## up to 026646	AR72.20-S-0002E
		Model 447.### ## as of 026647 Model 448	AR72.20-S-0002EA
