Remove/Install Door Panel Of Sliding Door - AR72.16-S-6610E

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove lower and upper sliding door paneling Model 447.6
Model 447.7 except code V23 (Interior trim, premium version)
AR68.30-S-1180E
2 Remove top sliding door frame paneling (1) Model 447.7, 448.7 with code V23 (Interior trim, premium version)
Model 447.8, 448.8
AR72.16-S-6613E 
3 Remove cover (2) and unscrew bolt below Model 447.7, 448.7 with code V23 (Interior trim, premium version)
Model 447.8, 448.8
TORQUE SPECIFICATION Bolt, door guide at bottom to sliding door
*BA72.16-Z-1003-01KOJ 
4.1 Unclip door trim (3) and remove Model 447.7, 448.7 with code V23 (Interior trim, premium version)
Model 447.8, 448.8 except code E65 (Burmester® surround sound system) except code LC1 (ambient lighting)
INSTALLATION NOTES Always replace all retaining clips (5). Otherwise the door paneling (3) cannot be seated permanently on the sliding door.
SPECIAL TOOL Long wedge

4.2 Unclip door trim (3) and remove until electrical connectors on door paneling (3) are accessible Model 447.8, 448.8 with code E65 (Burmester® surround sound system)
Model 447.8, 448.8 with code LC1 (ambient lighting)
INSTALLATION NOTES Always replace all retaining clips (5). Otherwise the door paneling (3) cannot be seated permanently on the sliding door.
IMPORTANT The number of electrical connectors varies depending on equipment installed.

5 Disconnect electrical connectors from door trim (3) and remove door paneling (3) Model 447.8, 448.8 with code E65 (Burmester® surround sound system)
Model 447.8, 448.8 with code LC1 (ambient lighting)
 
6 Install in the reverse order    
INSPECT Check     
7 Check all electrical components in repair area for proper function
