| 1 | Remove door trim of respective sliding door | AR72.16-S-6610E | |
| 2 | Detach door foil in front area of sliding door | ||
| 3 | Disconnect electrical connector (3) | ||
| 4 | Disconnect electrical connection (10) | Model 447.7/8, 448.8 with code T56 (Electric operation of sliding door on left) Model 447.7/8, 448 with code T55 (Electric operation of sliding door on right) |

| 5 | Remove grommet (1) | ||
| 6 | Unscrew bolt below grommet (1) | ||
| 7 | Unscrew bolt (2) | ||
| 8 | Unclip bracket with electrical line (11) from electrical controller unit (9) | ||
| 9 | Guide electrical controller unit (9) out of guide in direction of arrow (arrow A) | ||
| 10 | Remove inside door handle cable (4) from electrical controller unit (9) | ||
| 11 | Remove external operation cable (5) from electrical controller unit (9) | ||
| 12 | Remove cable for release button (6) from electrical controller unit (9) | ||
| 13 | Remove door lock cable (7) from electrical controller unit (9) | ||
| 14 | Remove bottom sliding carriage cable (8) from electrical controller unit (9) | ||
| 15 | Install in the reverse order. | ||
