Remove/Install Backrest - AR91.10-P-1061FR

	Remove/install
1	Remove front seat.		AR91.10-P-1000FR
2	Remove outer trim from seat frame.		AR91.10-P-1201FR
3	Remove inner trim from seat frame.		AR91.10-P-1202FR
4	Detach rear footwell lamp (E17/17, E17/18) and place to one side with lines connected.
5	Unhook tabs (2) of seat cushion cover.
6	Disconnect electrical connectors from electrical wiring harness (4).	The number of electrical connectors is dependent on the vehicle equipment.
7	Disconnect electrical connectors from electrical wiring harness (6).	Model 257, 290 with code 866 (Pre-installation for Rear Seat Entertainment System)
8	Expose electrical wiring harness (4) and detach from bracket (1).	Ensure that electrical wiring harness (4) is routed and secured without chafing. Otherwise damage may occur.
9	Expose electrical wiring harness (6) and detach from bracket (1).	Model 257, 290 with code 866 (Pre-installation for Rear Seat Entertainment System)
		Ensure that electrical wiring harness (6) is routed and secured without any chafing. Otherwise damage may occur.
10	Open and expose pneumatic line (7) at connecting point.	Model 257, 290 with code 432 (Left and right dynamic multicontour seat)
		Check for chafe-free routing and attachment of pneumatic line (7). Otherwise damage may occur.
		Observe installation position of the seals.
11	Remove bolts (5).	Bolt, backrest to seat frame	*BA91.10-P-1002-01T
12	Remove backrest (3) from seat frame.
13	Lift seat cushion and pass pneumatic line (7) out between seat cushion and seat frame.	Model 257, 290 with code 432 (Left and right dynamic multicontour seat)
		Check for chafe-free routing and attachment of pneumatic line (7). Otherwise damage may occur.
14	Lift seat cushion and pass electrical wiring harness (6) out between seat cushion and seat frame.	Model 257, 290 with code 866 (Pre-installation for Rear Seat Entertainment System)
		Ensure that electrical wiring harness (6) is routed and secured without any chafing. Otherwise damage may occur.
15	Lift seat cushion and pass electrical wiring harness (4) out between seat cushion and seat frame.	Ensure that electrical wiring harness (4) is routed and secured without chafing. Otherwise damage may occur.
16	Install in the reverse order
	Initial startup
17	Carry out commissioning of Weight Sensing System (WSS).	Model 257, 290 with code U10 (Automatic seat occupancy recognition and child seat recognition)
		When removing/installing seat backrest (3) on passenger side front seat.
