| 1 | Carry out commissioning of steering column tube module control unit (N80). | When replacing steering column tube module control unit (N80). | |

| 2 | Move steering wheel all the way to the rear. | ||
| 3 | Remove steering wheel. | AR46.10-P-0100FR | |
| 4 | Unclip cover (2) from steering column tube module control unit (N80). | ||

| 5 | Detach steering column tube module control unit (N80) from steering column tube. | Do not operate red safety catch in steering column tube module control unit (N80). Otherwise the clock spring contact will be destroyed. |

| 6 | Remove locking clip (3) from electrical connector (4). | ||
| 7 | Push back catch hook (arrow c) using a suitable tool between the guide (5) and electrical connector (4). | ||
| 8 | Remove the guide (5) together with the electrical connector (4) and remove steering column tube module control unit (N80) in direction (arrow b). | ||
| 9 | Install in the reverse order. |
