	Remove
1	Expose front SAM control unit (N10/6).

	Cab signal acquisition and actuation module control unit (SCA), component description		GF54.21-P-0007AA
2	Expose fuse and relay module on driver's side (K40/6).
			AR54.15-P-0003FR
	Fuse and relay module, component description		GF54.15-P-0001AA
3	Expose front left footwell ground point (W15/5).	For location of front left footwell ground point (W15/5), see Dynamic Wiring Diagram (DWD). https: //xentry.mercedes-benz.com/home/
	Install
4	Retrofit alcohol breathalyzer.	Observe installation documentation from manufacturer of alcohol breathalyzer. For wiring diagrams, see Dynamic Wiring Diagram (DWD). https: //xentry.mercedes-benz.com/home/  Electrical connection of alcohol breathalyzer: To front left footwell ground point (W15/5) with cable lug A 001 982 57 02,
		To fuse and relay module on driver's side (K40/6) in fuse F208 with contact A 013 545 75 26 and fuse 15 A and To front SAM control unit (N10/6) in plug RBA_1, pin 19 with contact A 005 545 75 26.
5	Install remaining vehicle parts.
	Update Vehicle Documentation (VeDoc)
6	Enter special equipment into on-line vehicle data card.	Code O00 (Retrofit alcohol breathalyzer). Ensure that the first letter "O" for Oscar is used here.
7	Attach "Alcohol breathalyzer retrofitted as per AZ54.21-P-0011FR" note under field organization texts for DG 54.
	Commission
8	Connect diagnostic system.
			AD00.00-P-2000-06FR
9	Activate alcohol breathalyzer.	In the EIS [EZS] control unit  menu: Adaptation → Configuration → Manual setting
10	Disconnect diagnostic system.

11	Carry out function check.
