| 1 | Perform commissioning of DC/DC converter control unit (N83/1). | If the DC/DC converter control unit (N83/1) is replaced. | |

| 3 | Remove battery cover (2). | ||

| 5 | Remove dust cap (4). | ||
| 6 | Remove nuts (5) and remove electric lines from DC/DC converter control unit (N83/1). | ||
| 7 | Release and disconnect electrical connector (6). | ||
| 8 | Remove foam material (10). | ||
| 9 | Remove bolts_(7). | ||
| 10 | Remove DC/DC converter control unit (N83/1) vertically upwards. | Make sure that the DC/DC converter control unit (N83/1) is not tilted. Otherwise the contact pin (8) will be damaged |

| 11 | Check contact pin (8) and associated contact sleeve in DC/DC converter control unit (N83/1) for damage. | If damage is present, 1 Replace 48 V on-board electrical system battery (G1/3) or DC/DC converter control unit (N83/1). |

| 22 | Connect and lock electrical connector (6) to DC/DC converter control unit (N83/1). | ||

| 24 | Fit dust cap (4). | ||
