| Remove/install | |||
| 1 | Remove panels from front seat frame. | AR91.10-P-1200ME | |
| 2 | Remove seat backrest trim. | AR91.10-P-1912ME | |
| 3 | Release terminal strip (3) of cover (1) 1 seat backrest (4). | Fig 2 | |
| 4 | Release electrical wiring harness of seat backrest (4) from seat frame base and release and disconnect electrical connectors. | Otherwise damage may occur. |

| 5 | Open and expose pneumatic line (2) at connecting points. | Do not crush or kink or subject lines to tension This will result in damage to the lines which may impair their functional capability. |

| 7 | Remove seat backrest (4) from seat frame base and place on a suitable surface. | Do not crush or kink or subject lines to tension This will result in damage to the lines which may impair their functional capability. |

| 8 | Install in the reverse order. | ||
| Initial startup | |||
| 9 | Carry out commissioning of Weight Sensing System (WSS). | If the seat backrest (4) on the passenger side is being removed. | |
