| 1 | Remove seat cushion. | AR91.10-P-3310XG | |
| 2 | Remove sensor mat with Weight Sensing System (WSS) sensor from upper section of seat adjustment unit (1). | When removing upper part of seat adjustment unit (1) on front passenger side. | |
| 3 | Remove retaining clips (5) then remove the left and right line guide (4). | If the retaining clips (5) are damage, ↓ replace retaining clips (5). |

| 4 | Disconnect electrical connector from electrical wiring harness (9). | ||
| 5 | Expose electric lines on spring element (2) and on upper section of seat adjustment unit (1). | ||
| 6 | Unhook spring element (2) from seat adjustment unit, fold up and remove from upper section of seat adjustment unit (1). | ||
| 7 | Remove bolt (7). | *BA91.29-P-1004-01B | |
| 8 | Remove bolts (6, 8). | *BA91.29-P-1006-01B | |
| 9 | Remove screws (3). | *BA91.29-P-1007-01B | |
| 10 | Remove upper section of seat adjustment unit (1). | ||
| 11 | Install in reverse order. |
