	Remove/install
	Risk of injury  caused by scraping or cutting body parts on sharp vehicle parts	Always wear protective gloves when working on or near sharp and non-deburred vehicle parts. Deburr repair panels.	AS00.00-Z-0017-01A
1	Remove head restraint from front seat (1)	Model 463 (except 463.242) as of model year 2013 up to model year 2019/FACELIFT 2012	AR91.16-P-0040GW
2	Disconnect electrical connector (2) from driver's seat head restraint adjustment motor (M27/4) or front passenger seat head restraint adjustment motor (M28/4)
3	Push driver's seat head restraint adjustment motor (M27/4) or front passenger seat head restraint adjustment motor (M28/4) in an upward direction (arrow), then push to the right side (arrow) and then remove in a downward direction	Ensure that spring U-bolt (3) and hook (4) are seated correctly in backrest frame.
4	Install in the reverse order
