Remove And Install Cover On Rear Seat Cushion - AR91.18-P-1850GW

Model 463 (except 463.242) 

as of model year 2013 up to model year 2019

	Remove/install
	Risk of injury  caused by scraping or cutting body parts on sharp vehicle parts	Always wear protective gloves when working on or near sharp and non-deburred vehicle parts. Deburr repair panels.	AS00.00-Z-0017-01A
1	Remove rear seat cushion	Remove/install rear seat cushion Model 463 (except 463.242) as of model year 2013 up to model year 2019	AR91.12-P-1020GW
2	Remove plastic shell (1) from rear seat
3	Open attachment of tensioning wire (2) on seat cushion frame (6)
4	Remove spring (3)
5	Slightly bend open safety hook (5) of tensioning wire (2) along the entire circumference
6	Release tensioning wire (2) from seat cushion frame (6)	Release tensioning wire (2) by pressing down on seat cushion padding along the entire extent of the seat cushion frame (6).
7	Remove seat cushion frame (6) from seat cushion padding
8	Cut through clamps (4) and lift seat cover off seat cushion padding	Replace clamps (4). Padding clip pliers	Fig 1
9	Turn over seat cushion padding, cut through all clips (7)	Replace clamps (7). Padding clip pliers	Fig 1
10	Remove seat cover from seat cushion padding
11	Install in the reverse order
