Risk of injury  to skin and eyes caused by contact with liquid R134a refrigerant and when working on pressurized parts	Never perform welding work on or near a closed air conditioning system. 	Remove/install
1	Remove air conditioner housing.	Model 463.202/234/237/239/272/273/274/275/342/346/348 as of model year 2013 up to model year 2019	AR83.30-P-5200GW
2	Remove seal (11).
3	Check seal (11) for damage.	If seal (11) is damaged, ↓ Replace seal (11).
4	Remove screws/bolts (9).	Screws (9) must be screwed-in alternately. Otherwise, the expansion valve (10) may be tilted on the connection fitting. Bolt, expansion valve	*BA83.30-P-1016-01C
5	Remove expansion valve (10).
	Compressor oils (specification 362.1)		BB00.40-P-0362-01A
		Sealing rings must be replaced and moistened with compressor oil.
6	Seal openings of expansion valve (10) and refrigerant lines using suitable stop plugs.	The openings of the expansion valve (10) and refrigerant lines must be sealed. Otherwise, ingressed dirt and moisture will damage the air conditioning system.

7	Install in the reverse order.
