	Risk of poisoning  caused by inhaling overheated refrigerant vapors from an air conditioning system containing R134a. Risk of injury  to skin and eyes caused by contact with liquid R134a refrigerant and when working on pressurized parts	Never perform welding work on or near a closed air conditioning system. No smoking or open flames. Wear safety glasses and protective gloves. Work only in well ventilated rooms. 	Remove/install

2	Remove line for power steering system cooling (6)	Model 463 (except 463.322/323) with engine 176 as of model year 2016 up to model year 2019 Model 463 (except 463.322/323) with engine 642.887 as of model year 2016 up to model year 2019	AR46.25-P-3010GW
3	Unscrew nuts (4, 8)	Line, compressor to condenser	*BA83.30-P-1003-01C
		Line, condenser to fluid reservoir	*BA83.30-P-1004-01C
4	Detach refrigerant lines (3, 7) at condenser (1) and place to one side
	Compressor oils (specification 362.1)	Sealing rings must be replaced and moistened with compressor oil.	BB00.40-P-0362-01A
5	Seal openings of refrigerant lines (3, 7) and at condenser (1) with suitable stop plugs	Open connections on the air conditioning system must generally be sealed. Otherwise, ingressed dirt and moisture will damage the air conditioning system. Record plug	Fig 1
6	Remove screws/bolts (5)
7	Unscrew nuts (2)
8	Secure condenser (1) against falling down
9	Remove condenser (1)
10	Install in the reverse order
