Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant | Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and protective goggles. |

| 1 | Remove the upper engine cover. | AR01.10-P-2405XGA | |
| 2 | Remove the air duct segment on the right air filter. | ||
| 3 | Unscrew the cap (122) of the expansion tank (120). | ||
| 4 | Suction off coolant from expansion reservoir (120). | Fig 2 | |
| 5 | Unlock and disconnect electrical plug connection (124). | ||
| 6 | Remove bleed line (121) at expansion reservoir (120) and seal openings with protective covers. | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |

| 7 | Remove expansion reservoir (120) from the elastomer bearings in the direction of the arrow | ||
| 8 | Remove coolant hose (125) at expansion reservoir (120) and seal openings with protective covers. | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |

| 9 | Remove the expansion reservoir (120) upwards. | ||
| 10 | Check elastomer bearings of expansion reservoir (120) for damage. | If there is a problem with the elastomer bearings, ↓ Replace elastomer bearings of the expansion reservoir (120). |
