Model 463.255 up to model year 2019 with code MUK2 (USA or Canada vehicle model designation) with code ZQ0 (G 500 4x4 ²  )

	Risk of poisoning  from swallowing brake fluid. Risk of injury  from skin and eye contact with brake fluid	Only pour brake fluid into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing and eye protection when handling brake fluid.	AS42.50-Z-0001-01A
	Risk of accident  when commissioning the vehicle due to a lack of braking effect when the service brake is operated for the first time after repair work.	Before starting the engine, actuate brake pedal several times until pressure is built up and maintained in the brake system.	AS42.50-Z-0002-01A

	Remove/install
1	Remove brake pads (2)		AR42.10-P-1610GWX
2	Detach electrical connection for left front brake wear sensor (5) from brake caliper (1)	When removing brake caliper (1) on left side o vehicle.
3	Remove banjo bolt (4)	Replace seals.
		Brake line to fixed brake caliper	*BA42.10-P-1002-04B
4	Seal exposed connections with plugs	Seal exposed connections immediately with stop plugs. Otherwise, the system venting process will be hampered.
		Record plug	Fig 2
5	Remove bolts (3) and remove brake caliper (1)	Secure brake caliper (1) against falling down.
		Bolt, fixed brake caliper to joint housing	*BA42.10-P-1004-02B
	Check
6	Check brake caliper (1) and dust boots of brake piston for leak tightness and damage	If a problem arises ↓ Replace brake caliper (1)
	Clean
7	Clean contact surfaces of brake pads (2) in brake caliper (1)	Do not use sharp-edged or pointy tools. Otherwise, the brake caliper (1) will be damaged. Cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1025-04A
8	Install in the reverse order
9	Bleed brake system	Model 463.234 as of model year 2013 up to model year 2019 with code ZQ0 (G 500 4x42)	AR42.10-P-0010GW
10	Operate brake pedal several times until the brake linings (2) make contact with the brake discs, and a firm resistance is noticeable.
	Check
11	Check brake system for leaks	Model 463.234 as of model year 2013 up to model year 2019 with code ZQ0 (G 500 4x42)	AR42.10-P-0015GW
12	Carry out brake test on the test stand
