Spot weld milling cutter
- Cut out spot welds in area X with
spot weld milling cutter.
- Separate rear panels (1) along the broken lines using a body jig saw.
- Separate rear pillar (2) along the broken lines using a body jig saw.
- Carry out operation step 3 in a similar way on the left side of the vehicle.
- Separate lower rear panel (3) along the broken line with a body jig saw.
- Separate lower rear panel (3) along the broken line with a body jig saw.
- Carry out operation steps 5 and 6 in a similar way on the left side of the vehicle.
- Detach bleed line (23) from the connector.
- Separate section (22) along the broken line using a body jig saw.
- Expose spot welds in area A.
- Cut out spot welds in area A with spot weld milling cutter.
- Detach remainder of flange in area A.
- Expose spot welds in areas B and C with a shaft-mounted round brush.
- Cut out spot welds in areas B and C with
- Detach remaining flanges in areas B and C.
- Carry out operation steps 8 to 15 in a similar way on the left side of the vehicle.
- Expose spot welds in area D with a shaft-mounted round brush.
- Cut out spot welds in area D with
- Cut off spot welds in areas E and F with a ball cutter.
- Separate crossmember (26) along the broken lines using a body jig saw.
- Cut out spot welds in areas G, H and J with
- Carry out operation step 21 in a similar way on the left side of the vehicle.
- Separate roof frame (28) along the broken lines using a body jig saw.
- Remove roof frame (28).
- Cut off all remaining flanges in the area of the rear portal.
