Install Battery Box - Ar64.20-P-0001-03XG

Model 463 as of model year 2019

The safety information in the service repair information must be observed.

1. Install, fit and fix in place battery box (1).
2. Drill rivet holes in battery box (1) with Ø 6.7 mm (areas A).

3. Drill rivet holes in battery box (1) with Ø 6.7 mm (areas B).
4. Remove battery box (1).
5. Deburr rivet holes on battery box (1) and on body on both sides.
6. Remove drilling chips.
7. Coat insides of riveted joints with zinc dust paint.

8. Install and fix in place battery box (1).
9. Rivet battery box (1) with rivets Ø 6.5x12.5 (areas C).
10. Rivet battery box (1) with rivets Ø 6.4x12 (areas D).
