| 2 | Empty air spring (4) using diagnostic system | ||
Carefully fill air spring (4) according to specifications. The air spring (4) may otherwise be damaged and fail later. |

| 3 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m) | ||
| 4 | Open mounting bars (3) of cover (1), unhook catch hooks (2) and remove cover (1) | ||
| 5 | Detach pressure line (7) from air spring (4) and close off | Attach pressure line (7) carefully. Otherwise the plastic thread may be damaged |

| 9 | Unclip electrical connectors (9) from holder (11) and disconnect | ||
| 10 | Unclip electric lines (10) from holder (11) | ||
| 11 | Carefully pull air spring (4) downwards by its upper plastic frame until the air spring (4) releases from the retaining clip | Do not completely compress or extend the air spring (4). Otherwise the air spring (4) may be damaged. |

| 12 | Remove air spring (4) downwards | Do not completely compress or extend the air spring (4). Otherwise the air spring (4) may be damaged. |
