Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the overpressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. |

| 2 | Unclip coolant line (14) on cross strut over the radiator package | ||
| 3 | Remove cross strut over radiator package | Engine 276.8 in model 213 | AR62.30-P-1570LW |

| 4 | Remove fan unit (13) | AR20.40-P-5050MND | |
| 5 | Unclamp air duct segment (7) | ||
| 6 | Detach coolant hoses (3, 4, 5) at radiator (12) | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
| 7 | Unscrew screw/bolts (9) | ||
| 8 | Unclip air duct segment (6) | ||
| 9 | Unhook radiator (12) from supporting frame and pull out upwards | ||
| 10 | Check radiator (12) for signs of damage | When reusing of the radiator (12). If damage is present ↓ Replace the radiator (12). |
