1	Release fuse and relay module on driver side
			AR54.15-P-0003LWE
2	Detach door seals from entrance area at left and right
3	Remove left and right front door sills and remove adhesive residue
Topical note	Notes on removing adhesive residues and foils on paint and metal surfaces with surface conditioning disks	Left and right door sill moldings are no longer required. Use commercially available surface conditioning disk with dia. 100 mm.	AH00.00-P-0013-01AK

5	Remove front floor covering on passenger side
			AR68.20-P-2065LWE
6	Remove front footrest on passenger side
	Install
7	Install illuminated door sill molding control unit		AZ82.20-P-0001-05LWO
8	Install illuminated door sill molding wiring harness		AZ82.20-P-0005-01LWO

		Right front footwell ground point	*BA00.19-P-1013-02B
9	Install left front illuminated door sill molding (E17/47) and right front illuminated door sill molding (E17/48)		AZ82.20-P-0005-10LWO
		Cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1025-04A
	Check
10	Carry out function check	Front left illuminated door sill molding (E17/47) or front right illuminated door sill molding (E17/48) is switched on by opening corresponding front door. Automatic shutoff takes place after approx. 5 min.
	Install
11	Install remaining parts
	Update Vehicle Documentation (VeDoc)
12	Attach note "Illuminated door sill moldings retrofitted as per AZ82.20-P-0005LWO" to DG 68 and DG 82 under field organization texts
