Retrofit Front Illuminated Door Sill Molding With Mercedes-Benz Lettering - AZ82.20-P-0005-10LWO

Installation is shown on left side of vehicle as an example.

Installation on right side of vehicle is performed analogously.

1. Clean contact surface of door sill in the hatched area.

2. Pull off carrier foils (8) from front left illuminated door sill molding (E17/47).

   Note guides (9) during installation.

3. Position front left illuminated door sill molding (E17/47) on longitudinal member, and press on evenly.

   Observe guides.

4. Connect black 2-pin connector socket (12) of front left illuminated door sill molding (E17/47) to black 2-pin connector (2.9) of front left illuminated door sill molding branch-off line (2.1).
5. Clip electrical connector into bracket on cable duct.
6. Route electrical line of front left illuminated door sill molding (E17/47) over body flange on longitudinal member, and fix in place with duct tape (11).
