REMOVING Remove     
1 Switch off the ignition and keep the transmitter key outside the transmission range (at least 2 m).    
2 Unscrew bolts (14) and remove lock striker (13)    
INSPECT Check     
3 Check adjustment of Front passenger door (1) Model 205, 253, 293 AR60.00-P-0700-01LW
Model 213 AR60.00-P-0700-01LWE
IMPORTANT The contour of the Front fender must align with the contour of the Front passenger door (1) or project by a maximum of 1 mm.

INSTALLING Remove     
4 Remove glove box (6). When adjusting gap dimensions. Model 205, 253, 293 AR68.10-P-1400LW
    Model 213 AR68.10-P-1402LWE
5 Remove door sill paneling (7) When adjusting gap dimensions. Model 205.0/1/2, 213, 253, 293 AR68.30-P-4100LW
    Model 205.3/4 AR68.30-P-4100CLW
6 Disconnect the battery ground lead. When adjusting gap dimensions. Model 205, 213, 253 AR54.10-P-0003LW
    Model 293 AR54.10-P-0003EQ
7 Unclip right A-pillar fuse box (F1/3) from A-pillar (8) (arrows) and lay down to side When adjusting gap dimensions.
IMPORTANT Do not disconnect the electrical lines from the A-pillar fuse box on the passenger side (F1 / 3).
 
8 Remove top insulation insert (9). When adjusting gap dimensions.
IMPORTANT The upper A-pillar insulation insert (9) is inserted into the A-pillar (8) before the nuts (5).
 
9 Adjust 
Loosen nuts (4, 5) on A-pillar (8), adjust Front passenger door (1) and tighten corresponding nuts (4, 5)
When adjusting gap dimensions.
NOTES
The nuts (4, 5) must not be loosened at the same time.
If the Front passenger door (1) comes into contact with other components, the paint can be damaged.
NOTES
Do not tension hinges (2, 3) when adjusting.
Otherwise the hinges (2, 3) can be damaged.
IMPORTANT Model 205.3/4
Three nuts (4) are installed.
IMPORTANT To loosen and tighten nuts (5) a socket wrench extension with a length of (a) 250 mm and a socket wrench joint are required in addition.

TORQUE SPECIFICATION Nut hinge on A-pillar *BA72.10-P-1002-01W

Model 205.0/1/2 Front door trim to Rear door trim *BE60.00-P-1011-01BB

Model 205.3/4 Front door to side wall *BE60.00-P-1007-01BB 
Model 205.3/4 Front door window to Rear side window *BE60.00-P-1029-01BB

10 Loosen bolts (11, 12) on Front passenger door (1), adjust transition to Front fender and tighten corresponding bolts (11, 12) When adjusting transition to Front fender.  
  Note on the calculation of the   AH00.00-P-0015-01CW
  Tightening torque when using insert or socket tools with various effective lengths NOTES
Do not loosen bolts (11, 12) simultaneously.
If the Front passenger door (1) comes into contact with other components, the paint can be damaged.
NOTES
Do not tension hinges (2, 3) when adjusting.
Otherwise the hinges (2, 3) can be damaged.
IMPORTANT The contour of the Front fender must align with the contour of the Front passenger door (1) or project by a maximum of 1 mm.
IMPORTANT To tighten bolts (11, 12) use torque wrench (15) in combination with bent bit holder (16).
 
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Hinge bolt on Front door *BA72.10-P-1001-01W 
11 Position lock striker (13) on B-pillar and screw in bolts (14) to stop IMPORTANT It should still be possible to adjust the lock striker (13).  
12 Align the lock (13) by carefully closing the passenger door (1). IMPORTANT Model 205.0/1/2, 213, 253, 293 The contour of the Front passenger door (1) must align with the contour of the Rear door or project by a maximum of 1 mm.
IMPORTANT Model 205.3/4
The contour of the Front passenger door (1) must align with the contour of the side wall or project by a maximum of 1 mm.
 
13 Tighten bolts (14) on lock striker (13) on B-pillar TORQUE SPECIFICATION Bolt lock on B-pillar *BA72.10-P-1004-01W 
INSTALLING Install     
14 Repair paint damage on screw heads (11, 12) If the transition to the Front fender is adjusted.  
15 If the transition to the Front fender is adjusted. Wax for engine compartment (400 ml spray can) *BR00.45-Z-1018-05A 
16 Install upper insulation insert (9). If gap dimensions have been adjusted.  
17 Clip right A-pillar fuse box (F1/3) into A-pillar (8) If gap dimensions have been adjusted.  
18 Install door sill paneling (7) If gap dimensions have been adjusted. Model 205.0/1/2, 213, 253, 293 AR68.30-P-4100LW

19 Install glove box (6). If gap dimensions have been adjusted. Model 205, 253, 293 AR68.10-P-1400LW
    Model 213 AR68.10-P-1402LWE
20 Connect the ground wire of the battery. If gap dimensions have been adjusted. Model 205, 213, 253 AR54.10-P-0003LW

  Calibrate     
21 Calibrate right side camera with diagnostic system.
