	Remove
1	Remove Front passenger door.		AR72.10-P-0500LW
2	Mark installation position of Front passenger door hinge leaf (1.1) and A-pillar hinge leaf (1.2).
3	Remove door sill trim		AR68.30-P-4100LW
4	Remove glove compartment.	Model 213	AR68.10-P-1402LWE
		Model 205.0/1/2, 253, 293	AR68.10-P-1400LW
5	Remove upper insulation insert (3).
6	Remove nuts (4), release A-pillar hinge leaf (1.2) and remove.	For removal also use a socket wrench extension with a length (a) ≥ 250 mm and a flexible-head socket wrench.

7	Remove seal under A-pillar hinge leaf (1.2) from A-pillar.
8	Clean A-pillar in area of hinge support.	Cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1025-04A
9	Remove screws (2) and remove Front passenger door hinge leaf (1.1).
	Install
10	Align Front passenger door hinge leaf (1.1) by means of previously applied markings with Front passenger door and screw in screws (2).	Screw/bolt, hinge to Front door	*BA72.10-P-1001-01W
11	Align A-pillar hinge leaf (1.2) with seal by means of previously applied markings and attach nuts (4).	To install also use a socket wrench extension with a length (a) ≥ 250 mm and a flexible-head socket wrench. Helper required.
		Nut, hinge to A-pillar	*BA72.10-P-1002-01W
12	Install Front passenger door.		AR72.10-P-0500LW
13	Open and close Front passenger door.	The installation position of the passenger door may change later due to opening and closing.
	Check
14	Check gap dimensions at Front passenger door, adjust if necessary.		AR72.10-P-0552LW
	Install
15	Repair paint damage at respective bolt heads.
16	Protect Front passenger door and A-pillar in the area of hinge against corrosion.	Wax for engine compartment (400 ml spray can)	*BR00.45-Z-1018-05A
17	Install upper insulation insert (3).
18	Install glove compartment.	Model 213	AR68.10-P-1402LWE
		Model 205.0/1/2, 253, 293	AR68.10-P-1400LW
19	Install door sill trim.		AR68.30-P-4100LW
