| 1 | Remove left front wheel and tire assembly. | AR40.10-P-1102A | |
| 2 | Remove rear section of front left fender liner. | AR88.10-P-1301FR | |
| 3 | Unbolt nut (2). | ||
| 4 | Remove windshield washer system pump (M5/1) and place to one side with connected lines. | ||
| 5 | Disconnect electrical connector (3). | ||
| 6 | Take washer fluid reservoir (1) upward out of guide (4). | ||
| 7 | Detach washer fluid reservoir (1) from filler neck (5). | Ensure that filler neck (5) is seated correctly at washer fluid reservoir (1). Leaks can occur otherwise. |

| 8 | Remove heat exchanger (6). | Model 257, 290 with code 875 (Heated windscreen washer system) |

| 9 | Remove washer fluid reservoir (1). | ||
| 10 | Install in the reverse order. | ||
| 11 | Correct fluid level of windshield washer system. | ||
