Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant. | Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the overpressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. |

| 1 | Slowly open cap of coolant expansion reservoir and remove. | ||
| 2 | Remove washer fluid reservoir (1). | AR82.35-P-6000FR | |
| 3 | Unclip cap (2). | ||
| 4 | Guide heat exchanger (3) out of washer fluid reservoir (1). | ||
| 5 | Disconnect coolant hoses (4). | Fig 2 | |
| 6 | Loosen clamps (5) and detach coolant hoses (4). | ||
| 7 | Detach cap (2). | When replacing the heat exchanger (3). | |
| 8 | Install in the reverse order. |
