Remove/Install Washer Fluid Reservoir Heat Exchanger - AR82.35-P-6006FR

Model 257, 290 

with code 875 (Heated windscreen washer system)

WARNING Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant. Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the overpressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Slowly open cap of coolant expansion reservoir and remove. INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Correct coolant level.  
2 Remove washer fluid reservoir (1).   AR82.35-P-6000FR 
3 Unclip cap (2).    
4 Guide heat exchanger (3) out of washer fluid reservoir (1).    
5 Disconnect coolant hoses (4). SPECIAL TOOL Clamp Fig 2
6 Loosen clamps (5) and detach coolant hoses (4). IMPORTANT Collect escaping coolant in a suitable vessel.  
7 Detach cap (2). When replacing the heat exchanger (3).  
8 Install in the reverse order.
