	Remove/install
1	Remove rear wheel		AR40.10-P-1102A
2	Detach thrust arm (1) from wheel carrier (2)	The screwdriver bit is to be used when a bolt with a multi-socket tooth profile is fitted.
		Bolt, thrust arm to wheel carrier	*BA35.20-P-1002-05J

3	Use a suitable screwdriver (3) to secure thrust arm (1) against folding up	Clamp a rag (4) between the thrust arm (1) and the wheel carrier (2). Otherwise the wheel carrier (2) can be damaged.
4	Position extraction and insertion tool (6), as shown, onto wheel carrier (2) and elastomer bearing (5)
	High temperature antifriction bearing grease (NLGI grade 2)		BB00.40-P-0265-01A
		Grease spindle of extraction and insertion tool (6) with rolling-element bearing grease. Otherwise, the extraction and insertion tool (6) may be damaged. Make sure that the extraction and insertion tool (6) is seated correctly.

5	Pull elastomer bearing (5) out of wheel carrier (2) in direction of arrow and remove
	High temperature antifriction bearing grease (NLGI grade 2)		BB00.40-P-0265-01A
		Grease spindle of extraction and insertion tool (6) again with rolling-element bearing grease. Otherwise, the extraction and insertion tool (6) may be damaged. : Pull the new elastomer bearing (5) into the wheel carrier (2) until the extraction and insertion tool (6) reaches its end stop.
6	Install in the reverse order
7	Perform wheel alignment check		AR40.20-P-0200LW
