| 1 | Remove spring control arm | AR35.20-P-0119LWI | |
| 2 | Detach brake caliper support with brake caliper and hang up to one side with lines still connected | Otherwise they may be damaged. |

| 3 | Grease spindle of extraction and insertion tool (3) with rolling-element bearing grease | ||
| High temperature antifriction bearing grease (NLGI grade 2) | BB00.40-P-0265-01A | ||

| 4 | Position extraction and insertion tool (3) at wheel carrier (2) and elastomer bearing (1) as shown | ||

| 5 | Pull elastomer bearing (1) out of wheel carrier (2) in direction of arrow and remove | ||
| Install | |||
| 6 | Again grease spindle of extraction and insertion tool (3) with rolling-element bearing grease | ||
| High temperature antifriction bearing grease (NLGI grade 2) | BB00.40-P-0265-01A | ||

| 7 | Position extraction and insertion tool (3) with new elastomer bearing (1) at wheel carrier (2) as shown | Fig 2 | |
| 8 | Pull new elastomer bearing (1) into wheel carrier (2) until extraction and insertion tool (3) reaches its end stop | ||
| 9 | Detach extraction and insertion tool (3) | ||
| 10 | Attach brake caliper support together with brake caliper | AR42.10-P-0080LW | |
| 11 | Install spring control arm | AR35.20-P-0119LWI |
