Notice	Notes on handling, transport and storage of composite brake disks		AH42.10-P-9406-12LF
Notice	Notes on threaded connections fastened using a tightening angle-based tightening process		AH00.00-P-0020-01A

	Remove
1	Remove rear wheel		AR40.10-P-1102A
2	Unhook electrical line of electric parking brake from holder on wheel carrier (4)
3	Unhook electrical line of shock absorber from bracket on wheel carrier (4)	If electrically adjustable shock absorbers are installed.
4	Remove bracket from brake cover plate (6)
5	Detach camber strut (1) from wheel carrier (4) and secure with a cable tie (2) to prevent it from falling down	The screwdriver bit is to be used when a bolt with a multi-socket tooth profile is fitted.

6	Grease spindle of extraction and insertion tool (5) with rolling-element bearing grease
	High temperature antifriction bearing grease (NLGI grade 2)		BB00.40-P-0265-01A

7	Position extraction and insertion tool (5) at wheel carrier (4) and elastomer bearing (3) as shown	Make sure that the extraction and insertion tool (5) is seated correctly.

8	Pull elastomer bearing (3) out of wheel carrier (4) in direction of arrow and remove
	Install
9	Again grease spindle of extraction and insertion tool (5) with rolling-element bearing grease

10	Position extraction and insertion tool (5) with new elastomer bearing (3) at wheel carrier (4) as shown	Extraction and insertion tool	Fig 3
11	Pull elastomer bearing (3) into wheel carrier (4) until extraction and insertion tool (5) reaches its end stop	Make sure that the extraction and insertion tool (5) is seated correctly.

12	Remove extraction and insertion tool (5)
13	Attach camber strut (1) to wheel carrier (4)	The screwdriver bit is to be used when a bolt with a multi-socket tooth profile is fitted.

14	Mount bracket onto brake cover plate (6)
15	Hook electrical line of shock absorber into bracket on wheel carrier (4)	If electrically adjustable shock absorbers are installed.
16	Hook electrical line of electric parking brake into bracket on wheel carrier (4)
17	Remount the rear wheel		AR40.10-P-1102A
18	Perform wheel alignment check		AR40.20-P-0200LW
