Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the overpressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. 2	Remove coolant lines (20) on coolant connections (9, 10).		AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ

4	Unscrew screw (14) and remove oil line (15) from holder (17).	M6X1	*BA00.10-P-1002-03A
5	Remove bolts (16).	M6X1	*BA00.10-P-1002-03A
6	Unscrew screws (8) and remove bracket (17).	Bolt, belt tensioner bracket to crankcase/oil pan	*BA13.25-P-1004-01CA
7	Unscrew screws and remove coolant connection (10).	Replace sealing ring.

8	Remove vacuum lines (7) from lower coolant expansion reservoir (3).
9	Remove vacuum lines (7) at pressure transducer and seal openings with suitable stop plugs.	Record plug	Fig 5
10	Release and disconnect electrical connectors (11, 12).
11	Remove electric line (4) and electrical connector (11) on lower coolant expansion reservoir (3).	Dismantling tool	Fig 3
12	Remove electric line (1) on lower coolant expansion reservoir (7).	Replace cable tie.
13	Unscrew screw (6) and remove refrigerant line from holder (5).
14	Remove electric line (13) from holder (5).	Dismantling tool	Fig 3

18	Remove screws (2).	Screw, low-temperature circuit expansion reservoir at bottom to charge air cooler/crankcase/cylinder head cover holder	*BA09.41-P-1010-01X
19	Remove lower coolant expansion reservoir (3) until coolant line (21) on lower coolant expansion reservoir (3) is accessible.	Do not subject coolant line (21) to tension, crush, or kink it. This will cause damage to coolant line (21) and may impair its function.
20	Remove coolant line (21) at lower coolant expansion reservoir (3) and seal openings with suitable stop plugs.		AR20.30-P-0010-02XGA

	Check
21	Check elastomer bearings of charge air coolers for damage.	Wet elastomer bearings at charge air coolers wet with lubricant. Lubricant, rubber assembly 1 l If damage is present: ↓ Replace appropriate elastomer bearing.	*BR00.45-Z-1010-06A
22	Remove pressure transducer on lower coolant expansion reservoir (3).	When replacing lower coolant expansion reservoir (3).

23	Remove bracket (5).	When replacing lower coolant expansion reservoir (3).
24	Install in the reverse order.
